PROMISE OF WEALTH
ASSURED RESALE WITH CAPITAL PROTECTION, ONCE IN YOUR CONSUMER CYCLE
•HoABL will give one re-sale opportunity to sell the plot in the consumer cycle. Price and Time will be at HoABL’s discretion.
•Although HoABL recommends a consumer to hold the land for a period of 10 years to maximize their benefit, HoBAL shall provide the consumer with a re sale opportunity once in 10 years from the date of allotment letter.
•If the Selling Price is more than Agreement Value + Infra Charges, the benefit of the same will be of the applicant.
At the time of resale, if owner has constructed any structure on the plot; HoABL is not liable to sell the same and HoABL shall be liable only up to the value of the plot mentioned in the agreement with the applicant.
•This is only for Primary Sales through HoABL and not transferable to subsequent buyers.
•If any applicant sells the plot to another buyer, then the Capital Protection Plan becomes ineffective and HOABL is not liable to the new applicant/buyer.
•Benefit of this will only be applicable provided applicant has honored all payments as per the payment schedule applicable to the applicant in relation to the purchase of Plot. Any default in payments due dates, benefits of this shall not be extended to such Applicant.
•The benefit of the capital protection plan will be available to the applicant only upon execution of all requisite legal documents required for effectually liquidating his/ her plot.
•The option to sell this plot basis HoABL's recommendation will have to be accepted or rejected within 3 working days of receipt of the recommendation.
