•Customer will get 100% of the refund.
•Money back request to be given by the applicant to [email protected].
•Money back to be processed within 30-45 days from the acceptance of the refund request.
LEGITIMATE WATER-TIGHT DOCUMENTATION AND LEGAL VERIFICATION.
•HoABL shall provide clear title report from renowned Law Firm in respect of the project by the applicant.
•No separate title search and report will be provided by HoABL in respect of individual plots.
•Post registration of definitive documents including conveyance deed, the 7/12 extract reflecting the name of the applicant as owner of the plot will be provided by HoABL within time frame mentioned hereinabove.
•All above is subject to full payment as per payment schedule applicable.
