Pasture lands in the narrow sense are enclosed tracts of farmland, grazed by domesticated livestock, such as horses, cattle, sheep, or swine. What are managed forests? Managed forests are those that people intentionally designate and manipulate to produce desired goods such as wood products and/or services such as recreational opportunities.
Real estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general. In terms of law, real is in relation to land property and is different from personal property while estate means the "interest" a person has in that land property. Real estate refers to real, or physical, property, and can include land, buildings, air rights above the land, and underground rights below the land. As a business term, real estate also refers to producing, buying, and selling property.

Buying land has always been a complex process, specially if you are buying in India.
